This Refund Policy explains the circumstances in which refunds may or may not be issued for payments made through mocra-registration.com for Services provided by GL Trading Solutions LLC dba REGISTRO-FDA.US. This Refund Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
3.2 GENERAL RULE. Because our Services typically involve immediate administrative review, communication, and allocation of professional and operational resources, payments are generally non-refundable once service has commenced.

If you make a payment and request cancellation before service has commenced, we may, in our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund, less non-recoverable processing or administrative costs where permitted. Courtesy refunds are not guaranteed.

If we fail to deliver a specific service expressly included in the purchased plan, and we do not cure the issue within a reasonable time after receiving written notice from you, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a proportionate refund, account credit, or reasonable substitute service. This is your exclusive remedy for an alleged service-delivery failure.
If we suspend or terminate the matter because information provided by you was false, misleading, incomplete, unauthorized, unlawful, or outside our acceptable risk profile, no refund will be owed except where required by applicable law.
Where your purchased service includes U.S. Agent support, designation support, or regulatory submission-related work, that portion of the service is considered rendered once the related administrative or regulatory work has begun. A later decision by you to change providers or alter your business structure does not create a right to a refund for work already performed.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may submit relevant transaction, communication, and performance records to the payment processor or card issuer handling the dispute, suspend ongoing work during the dispute, and pursue lawful remedies where appropriate.

We will review the request in good faith and respond within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment processor and your financial institution. Currency conversion losses, bank fees, and similar third-party charges are your responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will generally govern your transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
